We think assistive products should be colourful, attractive, and sustainable

After being bed-bound for nearly 3 years with constant pain and fatigue, Jess refused to use a boring, medical-looking shower chair. Why? Because it was ugly, and she didn’t want anything in her space reminding her of how much her life had changed.

That was until her mum, co-founder Sophie, worked her magic, spray-painting the chair and adding a fun, waterproof cover. It made such a difference to Jess’ independence and mood, they started thinking, “Why can’t all assistive products be as stylish as they are useful?”

Turning ideas into reality…

After years of brainstorming, research, and lots of feedback, they teamed up with award-winning designers from RK Collective and a co-design group of lived experience experts to develop the “Pebble” modular shower chair, which is now in prototype!

We can't wait to show you what we’ve been working on!
